Job Objective:
To manage the development of the business plans and strategy, setting the performance measures, tracking and monitoring the performance process in order to ensure that the plans transformed into functional targets, operational performance of the organization is tracked and are aligned vision and strategic priorities.
Key Accountabilities:

Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration or a Professional Qualification.
Finance certification (CA/ACCA) is a must
Minimum Experience:
10 years of relevant experience preferably with an Oil and Gas company, with at least 3 years in a lead role
Job Specific Skills:
Knowledge of strategic planning processes.
+ Conceptual and strategic thinking and analytical skills. + Awareness of management models.
+ Advanced financial analysis and presentation skills.
+ Outstanding leadership skills and an ability to connect with people to drive successful relationships.
