Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business performance data across multiple business lines to assess operational efficiency and financial outcomes.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and performance reports in collaboration with the IT business intelligence team.
• Support strategic and operational planning through detailed analysis of historical transactional data, market trends, and macroeconomic indicators.
• Coordinate with business units and governmental entities to gather accurate and reliable data for performance tracking and reporting.
• Build financial models and business scenarios to evaluate investment opportunities and business case viability.
• Assist in sales budget forecasting by incorporating market intelligence and quantitative analysis into forecast models.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions, supporting implementation and follow-up with business unit management.
• Contribute to policy and process improvement initiatives through data-driven insights and real-time performance analytics.
• Conduct competitor, market, and business development analysis to strengthen commercial positioning in the energy maritime logistics industry.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Economics or Mathematics is mandatory; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in business performance analysis, information analysis, or corporate reporting within large organizations.
• Strong analytical, statistical, and mathematical capabilities with hands-on experience in research design and modelling.
• Proficiency in statistical tools such as SAS or similar software platforms.
• Experience developing dashboards, financial models, and performance reporting frameworks.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to engage senior management.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
