Job : Business Operation Manager - Post-paid Business
Role : Manage the End to End to CVM operations for Post-paid Business for a Reputed client in Middle East
Responsible to Manage the entire CVM operations for Post-paid Business Responsible to Identify Customer segments to be worked upon Design various Intent CVM programs for Segments (Like Upsell, Cross Sell, Retention) Implement marketing program/campaign drives to enhance CVM penetration Identify areas of improvement and discuss with Technology teams about enhancement of features on platform Track competitor activities in various and discuss relevant counter strategies with business teams and come up with programs Study market requirements on an ongoing basis to identify opportunities for incremental revenues Responsible for Campaign configuration on platform, do UAT prior Go Live and track Key KPIs post launch and take corrective action if necessary
Skills & Experience: A candidate should have / be ? Prior CVM experience (Preferably Post-paid but not Mandatory) ? Willing to learn and execute Tasks and do campaign configuration ? Own the entire process ? Understand post-paid products ? Have analytical bent of Mind to understand customer behaviours
Team Player A good connector in between Internal & External teams
