Role Summary



Techniline is developing its Projects business to deliver

high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective Professional AV systems at scale

towards it's goal of Democratizing Pro-AV technologies for the developing world.

The Business Head - Projects (Systems & Solutions) will own this function end-to-end, with responsibility for

technical leadership, solution design, partner-led execution, and commercial performance

. The role carries

P&L ownership

for the Systems & Solutions business, including revenue growth, gross margins, and delivery efficiency.

This is a

hands-on, customer-facing leadership role

. In the initial phase, the role requires deep involvement across all projects--both technically and commercially--with scope to evolve toward greater delegation as the function matures.

Key Responsibilities



Business & Commercial Leadership



Lead and grow the Systems & Solutions (Projects) function in line with Techniline's positioning Own the sales pipeline end-to-end, including lead generation, qualification, deal progression, forecasting, and conversion. Own the S&S P&L, including revenue targets, margins, partner costs, and project profitability Work closely with the CEO on strategy, priorities, and key opportunities

Technical Leadership & Solution Ownership



Act as the

final technical authority

across all projects Define and enforce solution architecture, technical standards, and compliance requirements Remain hands-on for complex or high-value opportunities

Market, Customer & Partner Relationships



Act as Techniline's

solutions division leader and senior technical representative

in the market Build and maintain senior-level relationships with customers, consultants, system integrators, and project partners- Engage early in key opportunities to shape solution approach and project direction

Brand & Portfolio Leadership



Develop Techniline's core and owned brands in system designs with partners and consultants Ensure solutions are competitive, cost-effective, and margin-aligned Lead the expansion of the solutions portfolio by identifying capability gaps and working with the CEO and Procurement to address them

Service Delivery & Lifecycle Ownership



Own end-to-end service delivery outcomes for all project engagements throughout the customer life-cycle Ensure quality of execution, technical integrity, and consistency of customer experience across projects Act as the escalation point for service quality, delivery issues, and long-term customer satisfaction

Candidate Profile & Requirements



Experience



10+ years in the UAE AV industry Proven experience in solution sales, system design, and project delivery Strong exposure to professional audio and commercial AV systems

Technical Credentials



Deep understanding of pro-audio systems, PAVA standards, and modern AV architectures Comfortable acting as the final technical decision-maker

AVIXA CTS (CTS / CTS-D / CTS-I) strongly preferred

, or equivalent demonstrable expertise

Market & Leadership



Established UAE network across system integrators, contractors, consultants, and end users Credible, relationship-driven, and commercially disciplined Comfortable operating as a player-coach with strong execution bias
