Description
- Planning, leading, directing and controlling the day-to-day operations of the Liquor division including all aspects of sales, finance, human resources, supply chain, production, marketing activities, principal and distributor management.
- Traveling and appointing distributors within the assigned territory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand principals
- Actively source new products for distribution and private label development in the assigned territory
- Developing strong relationships with key decision makers in the On-trade, Off-trade, Travel Retail and HORECA channel partners in the assigned territory
- Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Sales & Marketing department
- P&L setting, monitoring and reporting
- Marketing responsibilities include developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals
- Develop attractive incentive programs for channel partners
- Conduct regular product training for distributor's sales and marketing teams
