Job Description

Key Responsibilities -

  • Develop and implement Go-to-market business model, Digital Transformation, pursue appropriate market growth strategies and drive internal customer centricity.
  • Plans, develops, and directs all aspects of the business unit based on sales/profitability and other goals and objectives established in conjunction with the next highest level of management. Formulates and communicates overall business objectives, policies, and strategic plans for the Business Unit.
  • Ensures effective implementation and execution of policies and plans to direct the growth of the Company and to achieve both long-term and short-range objectives.
  • Champion business development of new channels, new market entries and business model innovations to drive value-added, mutually beneficial partnerships and effectively builds strong customer relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Accountable for leading the overall management of sales and marketing strategies, activities, operations, compliance and budgets associated with driving sales for toothsi
  • Identify both opportunities & business at risk - Conduct regular Business reviews as a basis for challenging and improving both short- and long-term strategies & action plans.
  • Partners with regional teams at toothsi & develop a long-term growth roadmap for India and UAE, supported by an investment model which drives growth efficiently, effectively and sustainably.
  • A customer focused advocate, a change agent in developing a Customer Value Proposition Framework and optimal Professional Education engine & CRM Approach based on strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, category growth opportunities and Professional insights.
People Management
  • Lead development of all sales employees & focus on building areas of strength
  • Aid in career development through effective career conversations through the year
  • Plan strong succession pipelines for all critical roles
  • Create & execute development plans & action plans for all sales employees

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per year
