Education: Master's Degree or equivalent (beneficial) About the Role
As the Business Group Leader - Infrastructure, you will lead a key part of GHD's business, translating enterprise-wide strategy into actionable goals for the infrastructure group. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of infrastructure in the region, driving innovation, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Shape and implement business unit strategy aligned with GHD's global vision.
• Innovation & Change Management: Drive new business practices and lead change initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and manage strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Financial Oversight: Manage financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Team Development: Build organizational capability through coaching, mentoring, and talent development.
• Customer Focus: Strengthen client relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Corporate Representation: Represent GHD in industry forums, conferences, and professional networks.
• Business Planning: Lead annual planning, KPI setting, and resource allocation.
