• Lead operations planning and product range decisions in collaboration with store and logistics teams
• Set pricing strategies using IKEA's concept tools to maintain market competitiveness and customer value perception
• Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and internal stakeholders to align product availability with seasonal demand
• Track key commercial KPIs and continuously refine the sales mix for profitability and customer satisfaction
• Support range selection, campaign planning, and merchandising to enhance product visibility and store navigation
• Ensure your business area is always well-stocked, attractive, and aligned with the IKEA 4 merchandising basics
• Stay informed on local market trends and competitor activity, adjusting range, pricing, or presentation as needed
• Promote sustainable practices and communicate IKEA's environmental and social values to the team and customers
• Develop and empower your team through coaching, training, and succession planning
