Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads in the HR domain.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
Promote HR services, including recruitment, training, payroll, and HR consulting.
Understand client requirements and propose appropriate HR solutions.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Coordinate with internal HR and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Keep updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management (HR domain preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
