Business Director
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Director to lead client accounts, drive growth, and ensure delivery of world-class communications strategies.
As a senior leader within the agency, you will be the key contact for major clients, responsible for overseeing strategy, building strong relationships, and guiding internal teams to deliver impactful results.
You will also lead new business development initiatives, from prospecting to pitching and contribute to senior management discussions and decision-making
Must haves:
10+ years' experience in a communications or PR agency.
Proven track record of managing senior client relationships and accounts.
Strong strategic thinker with excellent presentation and communication skills.
Demonstrated success in new business development and agency growth.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Commercially astute with a deep understanding of the communications landscape.
