. We are looking for ahighly experienced operations leader
to oversee and scale multi-branch restaurant operations, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and exceptional guest experiences.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all
restaurant outlets
andF&B operations
across the UAE. Driveoperational efficiency
, implement SOPs, and maintain quality and service standards. OwnP&L management, budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth
. Enhanceguest experience
, customer satisfaction, and brand reputation. Lead, mentor, and develop multi-level teams, includingrestaurant managers, supervisors, and kitchen heads
. Ensure compliance withUAE food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
. Managevendor relationships, supply chain, procurement, and facility maintenance
.Requirements:
10+ years of
senior F&B / hospitality operations experience
(multi-branch preferred). Proven track record ofrestaurant management, operational excellence, and revenue growth
. Strongleadership, team development, and stakeholder management skills
. Expertise infinancial planning, business strategy, and multi-unit operations
. Ability to manage large teams in afast-paced, high-growth environment
