JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ensure to visit assigned insurance companies daily or alternative day to grab more business. Update the expected daily in flow to the customer service team on daily basis. Check the insurance claims like OD/ TP/ recovery to understand nature of accident for better claim. Collect the information from brokers on daily basis to approach the respective insurance company to get the business. Ensure invoice submission on time / pay cheque collection in the share folder on the success of your business end overs retain continuous awareness of the document movement / related records. Keep strong bond with insurance claims head, surveyor take them for the refreshment / get together to make sure your regular business is reserved. Keep trying with other insurance companies, which are assigned to open new account and activate the panel to increase the sales. Coordinate with accounts on the parts budget based on the WIP requirements, the same advice your SA to make the requisition well in advance in order to avoid delay. Get the monthly feedback from the concern insurance company about our service % scorecard for our continual improvement. Collaborate with the team members in good relationships and the customers to achieve the sales target Ensure to attend weekly BDM meetings on time with GM to update the sales progress and new initiative with the live data to do the presentation. Design and implement effective marketing strategy according to new insurance companies based on the market situation. Focus on other promotions sales like giving lead / support to other BDM and selling pre owned cars from APEX Certified to avail individual benefit/ incentives.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATION:

Minimum graduation required 2 to 5 years of experience sales and marketing certification would be a plus.
