Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Accounts Payable:

Process supplier invoices and ensure proper approval and coding. Match purchase orders, goods received notes, and invoices (3-way matching). Prepare payment vouchers and ensure timely payments to vendors. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate AP aging reports. Assist in month-end and year-end closing for AP-related activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.

Treasury:

Manage daily cash flow and banking transactions. Monitor and forecast cash positions to ensure liquidity. Prepare bank reconciliations and resolve any variances. Handle LC (Letter of Credit), BG (Bank Guarantee), and other bank facilities. Support loan documentation, interest calculations, and repayments. Maintain relationships with banks and coordinate treasury operations. Assist in treasury reporting and compliance with audit requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Min 1yr of experience in Accounts Payable or Treasury roles in UAE. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and cash management. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, or MS Dynamics). Advanced Excel and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
