in Dubai. This role is crucial for scaling our operations by rapidly and accurately integrating new vendors into our system.

Monday to Friday:
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM |
Saturday:
9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Job Salary:
Starting from
AED 4,500
(Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end
onboarding lifecycle
for new vendors, ensuring all required documentation and data are accurately collected.
Serve as the primary point of contact for new vendors, guiding them through the registration and approval process quickly and professionally.
Ensure all vendor contracts, compliance documents, and regulatory checks are completed before activation.
Maintain and update the internal vendor database, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Collaborate closely with Legal, Procurement, and Operations teams to resolve any onboarding challenges or discrepancies.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding procedures to enhance speed and vendor experience.
