Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Country / Business Development Manager to lead Kristies Lab's operations in Qatar.
This role is critical in driving business growth, managing local operations and ensuring the successful delivery of high-profile marketing and event projects.

We specialize in digital marketing, corporate events and private celebrations, covering the full spectrum from creative concept development to planning, campaigns and flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities:
A. Business Development & Client Relations:
1- Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities in Qatar.
2- Represent Kristies Lab in client meetings, presentations, negotiations and industry events.
3- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and consistent results.
4- Develop proposals, pitches and pricing strategies tailored to client needs.
B. Leadership & People Management:
1- Lead, coach, and develop the local Qatar team, fostering a high-performance culture.
2- Ensure proper resource allocation and effective project delivery.
3- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions.
4- Uphold company policies and ensure alignment with Kristies Lab's values and objectives.
C. Events & Project Management:
1- Oversee the end-to-end execution of corporate and private events, from concept through to delivery.
2- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards.
3- Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost efficiency.
4- Supervise on-site event execution when required.
D. Financial & Operational Oversight:
1- Develop, manage and track budgets, financial forecasts, and business performance metrics.
2- Monitor P&L and ensure profitability of Qatar operations.
3- Implement operational best practices to drive efficiency and service quality.
4- Ensure compliance with Qatari business, tax and labor regulations.
E. Strategic Contribution:
1- Report to senior management and contribute to Kristies Lab's regional strategy.
2- Provide market intelligence and insights to support decision-making and business expansion.
3- Identify partnership opportunities to strengthen Kristies Lab's presence in Qatar.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Events Management or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
2- Minimum 7-10 years' proven experience in business development, client servicing, operations or event management (marketing/events industry preferred).
3- Strong knowledge of Qatari business regulations and compliance requirements.
4- Proven track record in handling high-profile events and complex projects.
5- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
7- Must already be based in Qatar or willing to relocate immediately.
8- Willingness to travel within the GCC for projects when required.
