This is a hybrid role which provides the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Dubai office.

What The Day Will Look Like

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate insurance (medical, property, liability, etc.) Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers Develop tailored insurance solutions that meet client needs Lead the sales process from lead generation to closing and onboarding Coordinate with internal teams and insurers to deliver exceptional client service Maintain an active pipeline and meet sales targets

How This Opportunity Is Different

Typically, clients will be either a national or a multinational company, sometimes with a global presence; the CEO and CFO's will be looking for a local relationship with their broker, who can provide an Aon wide, tailored approach.


You will need to develop a strong Aon internal network, to understand and articulate the many innovative solutions available, and a strong external business community network.


Corporate clients typically require bespoke insurance programmes and associated risk management and risk transfer services. Besides being the insurance broker, the team provides clients with a claims service and advice on risk management across most industries, with particular specialisms in medical, property and liability.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE insurance market (corporate sales/business development) Proven track record in selling corporate insurance products Strong market knowledge Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player
