Job Description

The Business Development Specialist with a logistics background is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within logistics, transportation, and supply chain services. This role focuses on expanding the company's customer base while strengthening existing accounts through tailored logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in logistics and supply chain services Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pricing strategies Collaborate with operations, finance, and customer service teams to design customized logistics solutions Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives Track sales performance, prepare reports, and meet revenue targets Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities Maintain CRM records and manage sales pipelines

Requirements & Skills:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within logistics or transportation Strong understanding of freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain operations Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to analyze market data and develop growth strategies Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred Minimum [X] years of experience in logistics or supply chain business development

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in international freight, customs clearance, or 3PL services Established industry network and client base

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

* UAE Driving license (Preferred)
