Product Promotion and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns for our lubricant products. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed set sales targets. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with R&D, production, and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery to clients. Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of competitor activities, products, and market strategies. Provide feedback to the management team for strategic decision-making. Required Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling lubricants, on a global scale.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and preferably one additional language.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to inform business strategies.
Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of lubricant products, their applications, and the market.
