Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the lighting and design sector.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Prepare and present tailored proposals and solutions that meet client needs.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, design, and technical) to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct market research to monitor trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Support the preparation of business development plans, forecasts, and progress reports.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.
Collect and communicate client feedback to internal teams to improve service delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development or sales within the lighting industry (mandatory).
Strong network within the architecture, design, and construction sectors is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
