Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our marketplace marketing business by identifying and acquiring new merchant leads. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in business development, excellent communication skills in English, and a passion for driving growth in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and target potential merchant leads to expand our marketplace marketing business. Utilize various methods such as physically visiting, online research, cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry contacts.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand the local and regional marketplace landscape. Identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential merchants, understanding their needs, and offering customized solutions to enhance their marketplace presence.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our marketplace marketing services.
  • Negotiation: Collaborate with merchants to negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements, ensuring a win-win solution for both parties.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, keeping track of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to provide input on merchant needs and market trends to improve our offerings.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, contributing to the company\'s growth objectives.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports and updates on sales progress, market insights, and competitor analysis.
Qualifications: UAE Driving License is REQUIRED. Proven Business Development Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the technology or marketplace industry. Language Skills: Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and sales skills with the ability to identify and close opportunities. Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Dubai and regional market, with the ability to identify opportunities and threats. Result-Oriented: A proactive and driven individual with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets. Networking Skills: Ability to build and maintain a professional network and cultivate industry relationships. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales-related software.
