Responsibilities: - To Generate and sustain Sales volumes in line with the Division and individual goals. - Able to bring in current business volumes and strengths. - Strategize efforts to target Import, Export, and Cross trade business houses. - Align sales approach with the in-house Operation and administrative strengths. - Represent the company in all national and international events as needed. - Be accountable and maintain key reports as needed for the MIS in place. - Focus on Customer Engagement, Satisfaction and Retention by exceeding benchmarks of service quality. - Monitor and feedback on current competition levels, pricing, and products in the global logistic lines. - Ensure compliance with internal commercial processes, procedures, and thresholds. Qualifying for this position: - Experience in the Airfreight forwarding industry in sales or similar capacity. - Ability to onboard existing client portfolios. - Communication and Presentation. - International freight forwarding market and operational knowledge. - Middle East Freight Forwarding experience would be an advantage.
