Responsibilities: * Identify, research, and contact potential vendors within the vehicle rental industry, including car, yacht, buggy, and helicopter rental providers.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing vendors.
Onboard new vendors to the platform, ensuring a smooth integration process while providing support and guidance as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to optimize the overall vendor experience.
Consistently monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, market needs, and customer preferences to inform business development strategies.
Achieve and exceed performance targets related to vendor acquisition, retention, and overall growth.
Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and networking activities to generate leads and raise brand awareness.
Prepare and present regular progress reports and updates to senior management.
Requirements: * Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the vehicle rental industry.
Strong understanding of the digital platform ecosystem and experience working with online marketplaces.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Willingness to travel as needed for meetings, events, and conferences.
Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is required; proficiency in other languages is considered a strong asset.
