We connect customers with a wide range of vendors, offering the most convenient and seamless rental experience. We are on a mission to revolutionize the vehicle rental industry and are looking for a dedicated, results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities: * Identify, research, and contact potential vendors within the vehicle rental industry, including car, yacht, buggy, and helicopter rental providers.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing vendors.
  • Onboard new vendors to the platform, ensuring a smooth integration process while providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to optimize the overall vendor experience.
  • Consistently monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, market needs, and customer preferences to inform business development strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed performance targets related to vendor acquisition, retention, and overall growth.
  • Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and networking activities to generate leads and raise brand awareness.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports and updates to senior management.
Requirements: * Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the vehicle rental industry.
  • Strong understanding of the digital platform ecosystem and experience working with online marketplaces.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is required; proficiency in other languages is considered a strong asset.
