What you'll do? Support the team with negotiations on commissions for exclusive brands Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company Generate leads through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and cold calling Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing vendors to ensure that they are retained Growing business through the development of new leads and identifying new revenue opportunities by market research Maintaining and updating sales, marketing & business development documentation Assisting other departments & colleagues with other responsibilities as required Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more vendors Reviewing vendors feedback and implementing necessary changes Coordinate with the vendors for new offers and promotions to add freshness and value addition to the customers What you'll need Preferred 3 to 5 years experience in UAE. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail Excellent negotiation skills Previous experience in business development would be a plus Be available from 9 to 5:30, Monday to Saturday Who will excel?
