Principal Accountabilities:
Identify potential clients for outsourcing.
Interact with potential clients to learn about their needs and difficulties.
Prepare presentations that clearly explain the value of our outsourced services.
Uphold solid connections with clients.
Negotiate with clients to obtain lucrative contracts and meet sales goals.
Keep up with market developments, competitor activity, and industry trends.
Use various techniques to create leads, including cold calling, emailing, networking, and social media resources.
Profile Description
Qualification & Experience:
Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing or equivalent
Proven track record and over 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Business Development, preferably within the outsourcing industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Knowledge of outsourcing and head-hunting services.
