Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities: -Gathering market and customer information to increase the company's revenues by opening new markets and generating new clients in SME & SOHO segments. -Generating sales opportunities by Making new approaches, cold calls, Emails, knocking door visits to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business. -Maintaining customer loyalty and satisfaction by handling client's inquiries, requests, and complaints, As well as developing relationships with customers in person. -Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements, And advising on forthcoming services developments, and discussing special promotions. -Keeps the Sales Supervisor informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports and weekly work plans. -Coordinates sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service groups. -Representing the company in exhibitions, events, and demonstrations. Requirements: - 1-2 years experience in sales B2B. - Very Good English. - Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. - Experience closing enterprise-level deals. - Ability to analyze business opportunities and approaches.
