A fast-growing Dubai-based healthy cafe brand is expanding into new locations across the city -- and we're hiring someone to help us identify and initiate partnerships with high-footfall sites such as schools, hospitals, residential buildings, and office towers.
Key Responsibilities
Research and shortlist high-traffic locations for potential cafe placement
Reach out to decision-makers and property contacts to introduce the concept
Set up meetings and pass qualified leads to management
Track outreach activity and provide weekly reports
Requirements
Based in Dubai
Excellent communication skills and comfortable with outreach
Background in real estate, business development, or F&B partnerships preferred
Fluent in English
Familiar with Dubai's commercial/property landscape
Role Details
Part-time (remote/flexible schedule)
Monthly pay: AED 1,000-2,000 (fixed)
Additional incentive per closed location
Weekly communication and structured activity expected
