Reporting To: Regional Director for Middle East
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Business Development and Public Relations Executive to join our UAE operations. The ideal candidate will be Emirati or Arabic-speaking with deep understanding of local business environments and cultures in the UAE and the wider Gulf region. The role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills to support our business development initiatives, enhance our corporate image, and manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships across UAE and Gulf region.
• Assist in the market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
• Support negotiation processes, preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitches.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and partners.

Public Relations & Government Relations:

• Act as liaison between the company and local government bodies, regulatory authorities, and industry associations.
• Plan and execute strategic PR campaigns to strengthen corporate visibility and reputation.
• Coordinate and manage events, conferences, and exhibitions.
• Prepare press releases, speeches, newsletters, and communication materials tailored for regional audiences.

Stakeholder Management:

• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, business leaders, media representatives, and community influencers.
• Manage communication and reporting related to stakeholder engagement activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Business Development, Public Relations, or Government Relations, preferably within the UAE/GCC.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (oral and written), mastery of Chinese will be a plus.
• Emirati nationality or deep cultural fluency with abundant local market experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proactive approach, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
