Requirements:
2-6 years
of proven experience in B2B or Corporate Sales
Prior experience in
IT Sales, ERP Solutions, SaaS, Staffing, Recruitment, or Event Management
is highly preferred
Strong understanding of the UAE market and local business environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Valid UAE Driving License
is a must
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across various industry sectors
Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their hiring or technology needs
Conduct face-to-face client meetings, deliver impactful presentations, and close deals
Collaborate closely with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and potential business risks
Maintain and update sales pipeline using CRM tools
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
