Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations with corporate clients, event organizers, and government entities.
Prepare and present
proposals, quotations, and service agreements
in coordination with the operations and finance teams.
Achieve monthly and quarterly
sales targets
through proactive client engagement and relationship management.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Represent EMAHS at
meetings, events, and exhibitions
to promote company services.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and service opportunities.
Work closely with the
marketing team
to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and client communications.
Provide management with regular
sales forecasts, performance reports, and client feedback
.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum
4-6 years of experience
in
sales or business development
, preferably in
healthcare, medical services, or event management
.
Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent networking and client relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in
MS Office, Zoho CRM, or other sales management software
.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
