Senior Business Development & Sales Manager
who can lead growth initiatives, manage high-value clients, and drive strategic partnerships.
Role Summary
The selected candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing commercial strategies to expand B2B sales, manage relationships with government entities and large organizations, and guide a high-performing sales team. This is a leadership role that blends strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, tech-driven business environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Develop & Implement Sales Plans:
Design and execute sales strategies aimed at increasing revenue, enhancing market positioning, and boosting the company's digital footprint.
Lead & Inspire Teams:
Supervise, coach, and motivate sales professionals, ensuring targets are achieved and individual growth is supported.
Account & Relationship Management:
Build, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with key clients, ensuring service excellence and repeat business.
Government & Tender Projects:
Oversee the management of government accounts and tender processes, ensuring alignment with all procurement regulations.
Market Analysis:
Continuously monitor market conditions and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for expansion.
Strategic Partnerships:
Cultivate alliances with major industry players, service providers, and other technology-based platforms.
Sales Performance Tracking:
Provide accurate forecasts, generate performance reports, and measure results against set KPIs.
Cross-Department Coordination:
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure sales initiatives are integrated with broader business goals.
Requirements
At least 10 years' experience in sales and business development, including 5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
Proven track record in B2B sales and managing large-scale accounts in the technology, digital, or platform-based industries.
Hands-on experience dealing with government clients and procurement/tender procedures.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
In-depth understanding of digital platforms and online marketplaces.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
