We are a fast-growing Marketing, Advertising & Events Agency in Dubai, delivering high-impact digital marketing, social media, PR, influencer marketing, brand activations and event management solutions. Our clients range from real estate developers, restaurants, F&B brands, corporate companies, fintech, fashion, exhibitions, and more.

We are expanding our team and looking for a

driven Business Development & Sales Executive

who can bring clients, close deals and grow our revenue pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect and secure new clients for marketing, digital, PR and event services. Pitch agency services including social media management, content creation, website development, SEO, ads management, influencer marketing & events. Develop and maintain strong relationships with businesses across UAE. Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations for potential clients. Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance targets. Attend client meetings, networking events, exhibitions & brand promotions on behalf of the agency. Work closely with internal teams (design, social media, production, events) to ensure service delivery.

Requirements

1-3 years of UAE experience in

sales, business development, marketing or advertising.

Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi/Tagalog is a bonus). Ability to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets. Must be proactive, self-driven, confident and presentable. Ability to build long-term business relationships. UAE driving license is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

Salary:

AED 3,000 - 5,000 (based on experience)

Attractive Commissions:
