To drive growth and revenue for DAL Businessmen Services by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, closing service deals, and promoting a full range of solutions including business setup, PRO services, marketing consultancy, branding, technology advisory, and market research.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Opportunity Management
Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities.
Generate leads via networking, referrals, inbound inquiries, LinkedIn, and digital outreach.
Qualify leads and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools.
2. Sales & Conversion
Conduct client discovery sessions to understand specific business needs.
Present tailored service solutions, prepare proposals, and close deals.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets across all service verticals.
Follow up regularly with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into clients.
3. Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process.
Ensure smooth handover to internal operations and consultancy teams.
Provide excellent client service and maintain long-term relationships for upselling and referrals.
4. Service Promotion & Cross-Selling
Promote DAL's full suite of services:
Business Setup (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore)
Government & PRO Services
Marketing & Branding Consultancy
Technology Advisory
Market Research & Feasibility Studies
Proactively offer cross-service packages to enhance client value and increase revenue per account.
5. Market Intelligence & Strategic Input
Research competitors, pricing models, and service trends to enhance DAL's offerings.
Recommend improvements to pricing, packaging, and positioning based on market insights.
Identify potential partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
6. Sales Reporting & Forecasting
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts.
Maintain CRM records with updated contact data, interaction history, and sales status.
Participate in weekly sales reviews and planning sessions.
7. Strategic Business Development
Identify niche market opportunities (e.g., tech startups, SMEs, service companies, international entrants).
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new services or industry verticals.
Collaborate with leadership to define annual growth targets and partnership plans.
8. Partnership Development
Establish alliances with free zones, legal firms, banks, and government departments.
Negotiate and maintain agreements that support referrals and integration.
Represent DAL in B2B forums, events, and business councils.
9. Service Packaging & Customization
Work with internal teams to create bundled offerings tailored to client needs.
Assist in pricing strategy and the creation of service decks and proposals.
Propose flexible service plans to suit different budgets and models.
10. Client Education & Advisory
Act as a trusted advisor for clients on licensing, branding, and tech solutions.
Conduct pre-sales consultations and guide clients through regulatory paths.
Host webinars and info sessions to drive inbound interest.
11. Upselling & Client Expansion
Analyze client accounts to identify upselling opportunities.
Follow up to introduce new or complementary services.
Monitor satisfaction and retention to uncover re-engagement needs.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (UAE market preferred).
Proven success in selling consultancy or service-based solutions (especially in business setup, PRO, or marketing).
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Proficiency in CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
