Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
Develop and maintain a strong B2B sales pipeline.
Deliver professional presentations and product/service demos to clients (online & onsite).
Conduct outbound calls, meetings, and follow-ups to engage decision makers.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and tailored solutions based on client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of client requirements.
Track and report sales activities, forecasts, and achieved targets.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance objectives.
Requirements
Fluency in
Arabic and English
(spoken and written) is required.
3+ years of experience in
Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
.
Strong presentation skills and ability to pitch confidently to managers and executives.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to understand client needs and translate them into clear solutions.
Proficiency in CRM tools is an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B sales or selling services/solutions.
Strong PowerPoint and presentation-design abilities.
Understanding of market research and lead generation techniques.
Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize opportunities.
