Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic

Business Development & Project Coordinator

to play a vital role in client acquisition, design development, and project delivery. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone with strong connections in the Dubai luxury real estate market and a background in design or project management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Client Acquisition

Build and maintain relationships with top-performing real estate agents in Dubai to generate qualified client referrals. Attend meetings with referred clients to understand their vision, style preferences, and budget.
2. Design Development

Create mood boards that reflect the client's lifestyle and desired aesthetic. Translate client requirements into a creative brief for the architect. Collaborate with the in-house architect to oversee the production of 3D designs aligned with client expectations.
3. Project & Procurement Management

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and all client communications. Source premium-quality furniture and materials from local and international suppliers. Coordinate deliveries, installations, and on-site work to ensure timely and high-standard project execution.
4. Client Experience

Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure a seamless, personalized client experience from consultation to handover.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong network or deep understanding of the Dubai luxury real estate industry. Background in

interior design, architecture

project coordination

. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in any additional European languages such as French, German, Italian, Spanish, or Russian is a strong plus. Female
