Contract Negotiation
: Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
Collaborate with Internal Teams
: Work closely with the design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.
Reporting
: Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline progress, and potential risks to senior management.
Revenue Targets
: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets as set by the company.
Brand Promotion
: Promote the Red Chillies Interiors brand at industry events, through digital marketing initiatives, and through personal networking channels.
Client Follow-up
: Ensure proper follow-up on all leads and customer inquiries to close deals efficiently.

Experience
: 7-8 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within the interior design or fit-out industries.
Client Network
: Must have an established clientele and a strong network in the industry.
Industry Knowledge
: In-depth understanding of the interior design and fit-out market in the UAE, with a proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Sales Skills
: Strong sales acumen with a successful track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
Negotiation Skills
: Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to close large-scale contracts.
Communication Skills
: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate value propositions to clients.

: Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
