Job Description

Responsibilities

:

Client Acquisition

: Identify and secure new business opportunities by leveraging your own client network and expanding our client base in the interior design and fit-out sectors.

Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales Strategy Development

: Develop and execute business development strategies and sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.

Market Research

: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities in the interior design and fit-out industry.

Lead Generation

: Proactively generate leads through networking, attending industry events, and collaborating with architects, contractors, and consultants.

Proposal Preparation

: Prepare detailed proposals and presentations for potential clients, highlighting the company's capabilities, unique selling points, and project execution methodologies.

Contract Negotiation

: Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.

Collaborate with Internal Teams

: Work closely with the design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.

Reporting

: Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline progress, and potential risks to senior management.

Revenue Targets

: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets as set by the company.

Brand Promotion

: Promote the Red Chillies Interiors brand at industry events, through digital marketing initiatives, and through personal networking channels.

Client Follow-up

: Ensure proper follow-up on all leads and customer inquiries to close deals efficiently.

Requirements

:

Experience

: 7-8 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within the interior design or fit-out industries.

Client Network

: Must have an established clientele and a strong network in the industry.

Industry Knowledge

: In-depth understanding of the interior design and fit-out market in the UAE, with a proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.

Sales Skills

: Strong sales acumen with a successful track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.

Negotiation Skills

: Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to close large-scale contracts.

Communication Skills

: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate value propositions to clients.

Relationship Building

: Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

Strategic Thinking

: Strong strategic thinking and planning skills to identify and pursue business growth opportunities.

Self-Motivation

: Highly motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to business development.

Team Collaboration

: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple client relationships independently.

UAE Experience

: Experience in the UAE market, particularly Dubai and surrounding regions, is highly desirable.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED150,000.00 per month
