Job Information:
1. Salary, assessment, and performance management of business personnel.
2. The planning of sales force development and training system, including the development of business personnel functions and education and training development policies.
3. Arrange various business personnel meetings and education and training (including physical courses, online course production).
4. Planning and executing other business-related planning projects.
5. Improve the service satisfaction activities of the counter staff.
