Responsibilities

Full management of the event preparation process, from initial concept and planning to execution and post-event evaluation Planning, organizing, and coordinating a wide range of events including

birthdays, weddings, baby showers, private celebrations, corporate events, and social gatherings

Developing, managing, and controlling event budgets while ensuring cost efficiency Sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating with vendors and contractors including

venues, decorators, florists, catering teams, entertainment, technical support, photographers, and printers

Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and partners throughout the event lifecycle Collaborating with designers and decor teams to ensure all event elements align with the client's vision and brand aesthetics (where applicable) Overseeing event setup, on-site operations, and breakdown to ensure high-quality delivery Ensuring all timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met Managing last-minute changes and troubleshooting on event days Evaluating event performance and client feedback to continuously improve processes and outcomes Contributing to the planning and execution of the company's annual and seasonal event calendar

Requirements

Minimum

3+ years of experience

in event management, preferably handling

social and private events

Proven experience managing events end-to-end, including planning, logistics, vendor coordination, and execution Strong budgeting, cost control, and negotiation skills Experience working with multiple vendors and maintaining quality standards Excellent organizational, communication, and client-handling skills Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required Willingness to travel within the UAE (as needed) UAE experience is a plus
