The position

As a Business Development & Operations Manager, you will contribute to the development of the affiliate and business unit strategies by providing actionable insights and recommendations. In addition, you will be the key person to explore new opportunities/leads/key projects and drive strategic opportunities and partnerships for our business.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and facilitating cross-functional / cross-portfolio projects, Commercial Excellence initiatives and activities to support affiliate and business unit ambitions and priorities

• Providing business analysis support and be a sparring partner to commercial teams, applying systematic problem-solving skills and developing solutions for decision-making

• Supporting the respective commercial planning processes with short-midterm strategic focus

• Proactively leading the effort of identifying new business opportunities and growth initiatives

• Seeking innovative solutions and partnerships with third parties

Qualifications

As a Business Development & Operations Manager, you need to have experience as a project lead driving complex projects where input and alignment are needed across multiple stakeholders. Nevertheless, you need to have excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

• You have a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, marketing, life sciences, or other relevant field

• You have a minimum of 2 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare, consumer goods, or other regulated industries with a successful track record in commercial excellence, and/or operations

• You have solid knowledge of Business Development, and working closely with senior leaders and across functions

• You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• You can manage business complexity

• You have proficiency in English which is a must
