Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Part-Time Business Development Officer with a strong background in the UAE healthcare sector. The primary focus of this role is to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and increase patient volume through corporate and B2B channels. This position is ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives on achieving targets and is looking for a flexible work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with corporations, hotels, insurance companies, social clubs, and other relevant organizations. Develop and pitch bespoke corporate wellness packages, employee health programs, and aesthetic treatment bundles. Drive the full business development cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing partnership agreements. Represent Elite Style Polyclinic at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness and create new leads. Work closely with the clinic's management to develop and execute a strategic growth plan. Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and provide regular reports on KPIs and target achievement.

Qualifications and Experience:

Industry Experience:

A proven track record in business development, sales, or partnerships

within the UAE healthcare sector is essential.

Network:

A strong, existing network of contacts within corporate HR, hospitality, or the insurance industry is highly advantageous.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills:

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Gender:

Female candidates are preferred for this role to effectively engage with our target demographic and partners.

Availability:

Must be able to commit to flexible part-time hours.

Probationary Period & Compensation Structure:

Probationary Period:

This part-time position begins with a

one (1) month probationary period.

Probation Remuneration:

Remuneration during this initial one-month period is

entirely performance-based

and tied directly to the successful achievement of pre-defined targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). This structure is designed to offer significant rewards for a results-driven individual with uncapped earning potential for a candidate who meets and exceeds the initial goals.

Post-Probation:

Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the role will transition into a permanent part-time position with a

competitive retainer salary plus an attractive, ongoing commission structure.
