Role Overview



As a

Business Development Officer - UAE

, you will be responsible for driving market penetration, onboarding new clients, and positioning Salonist as a trusted technology partner for salon and spa owners.

This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on regional growth.

Key Responsibilities



Lead

B2B SaaS sales

initiatives across the UAE market Identify, engage, and convert salon, spa, and beauty business owners Conduct structured product presentations and demonstrations Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting to closure Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders Provide market insights and support regional expansion strategy

Candidate Profile



Female professionals with experience in

B2B sales, SaaS sales, or technology solutions

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Experience in consultative or solution-based selling models Self-driven, structured, and comfortable working in growth environments Exposure to the UAE market or the beauty/wellness industry is an advantage
