Job Summary:



We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and market penetration for our digital identity solutions across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the broader Middle East & Africa (MEA) region.

Key Responsibilities:



Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets within the UAE & MEA region. Market Penetration: Identify, target, and acquire new clients across key verticals, including Financial Services, FinTech, Cryptocurrency Exchanges, Banking, and E-commerce. Full Sales Cycle Management: Proactively manage the entire sales process, including lead qualification, solution consulting, product demonstrations, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and closing deals. Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, understanding their specific compliance, fraud prevention, and customer onboarding challenges to position our solution as the definitive choice. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline using our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), providing regular forecasting to leadership. Relationship Building: Forge strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the region. Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes (e.g., FATF guidelines, local AML/CFT laws), and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings. Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide valuable market feedback.

Qualifications & Skills (Required):



Experience: 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales or business development experience, specifically within the SaaS, FinTech, or RegTech industries. Domain Expertise: A proven track record of selling complex solutions in Digital Identity Verification (IDV), KYC/AML, Fraud Prevention, or related compliance technology. Regional Experience: Demonstrable success selling into the UAE and MEA markets, with a strong existing network of contacts in our target verticals. Sales Acumen: A "hunter" mentality with a consistent history of exceeding sales quotas. Expertise in consultative and value-based selling methodologies. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Fluent in English. Self-Starter: Ability to operate independently and effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Highly Desirable):



Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage. Strong technical aptitude, with an understanding of APIs and how SaaS solutions integrate into client platforms. Experience living and working in the UAE. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
