Key Responsibilities
Consultative Sales:
Sell a full range of digital marketing solutions:
SEO, SEM (Google Ads), SMM, SMO
Performance Marketing & Paid Media
Email & SMS Campaigns
Website & Mobile App Development
Client Acquisition:
Drive new business through cold outreach, inbound lead follow-ups, networking, and partnerships.
Client Relationship Management:
Build trust with clients and deliver tailored, ROI-driven digital strategies.
Market Research & Competitor Tracking:
Stay up to date on UAE market trends and digital industry benchmarks.
CRM Management:
Keep lead pipelines, opportunities, and deal statuses up to date using sales tools/CRM systems.
Target Achievement:
Consistently meet monthly revenue goals and growth KPIs.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years
of B2B sales experience
within a digital marketing agency
(UAE market experience required).
Strong portfolio or references showing successful deal closures in services like SEO, Paid Ads, Web/App Dev, etc.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of UAE business culture and digital buyer behavior.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital sales tools.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
