Business Development Manager - Government & Integration Partnerships (UAE National)
Location:
Dubai, UAE (Onsite - AHK Global Solutions, Dubai Office)
Purpose of Role:
To build strategic relationships and secure official integrations and partnerships with UAE government entities, telecom operators, and software vendors required for the Back Office Hub platform -- including DLD, DED, TARAKHESI Freezones, UAEPass, Etisalat, DU, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, and others.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent AHK Global Solutions in meetings with
government authorities, Freezones, and corporate service platforms
. Present proposals and partnership decks explaining ourvision for digital transformation in real estate and corporate services.
Negotiate and secure API access, sandbox environments, and MOUs
with target authorities and vendors. Pre-requisite Data & Documents Collection. Collaborate with internal teams (BA, Tech Lead, Solution Architect) to ensure integration requirements are well-documented and aligned with technical feasibility. Develop and maintain apartnership pipeline dashboard
and progress reports for management. Stay up to date on new government initiatives, API availability, and tech ecosystem changes in UAE. Represent the company in networking events, tech expos, and Freezone briefings.Candidate Profile:
UAE National (Emirati)
with strong network or familiarity withgovernment and Freezone operations.
5-8 years of experience inbusiness development, partnerships, or government relations
, ideally withintech, SaaS, or telecom sectors.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (Arabic + English). Understanding of digital platforms, APIs, or government digital services preferred. Proactive, well-presented, and capable of representing the company at senior levels.Job Type: Full-time
