This role leads market entry and sales for a global warehouse automation provider in the UAE and GCC. The Business Development Manager will build client relationships, drive new projects, and shape regional growth from the ground up.

Description
Drive new business development across UAE (primary) and GCC (Oman, KSA, etc.)Promote warehouse automation solutions tailored to client needsBuild relationships in target industries: food, logistics, manufacturing, cold chain, pharmaceuticals etc.Develop and manage a sales pipelineCoordinate with HQ and third-party partners for solution delivery and supportRepresent the company at client meetings and industry events
Profile
A successful Business Development Manager should have:
Proven track record selling warehouse automation systems, including pallet handling, shuttle systems, conveyors, or WMS/WCS softwareDeep understanding of client needs in food & beverage, cold chain, pharmaceuticals or manufacturing environmentsComfortable discussing technical aspects of automation solutions with operations and engineering teamsSelf-starter with the drive to build market presence from the ground up in a new regionSkilled in consultative selling, relationship development, and closing complex B2B dealsArabic language is a plus but not required
