Job description
The successful candidates will be responsible to identify training needs for the Direct Sales Force (Business Development Manager).Develop comprehensive training plans, and Impart training (mainly for General Insurance). Implement effective training programs to enhance the skills, productivity, and quality of work of our Business Development Manager staff.
What you will do:
Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs within the Business Development Unit. Analyse performance metrics and feedback to determine specific areas for improvement
Design and deliver comprehensive induction programs to equip new employees with the necessary knowledge and skills (particularly for General Insurance).
Implement specialized training sessions focusing on sales justification strategies.
Develop and conduct programs to enhance the selling skills of the BDM, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
Provide ongoing training on product knowledge, updates, and effective selling techniques
Design training modules for customer service, BDM operations, and client retention strategies
Assist BDM in their career development through personalized coaching and guidance
Conduct joint sales calls with BDM to provide real-time feedback and support, where required.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of training records for compliance and reporting purposes.
Assist in the documentation process for new products, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Develop and deliver training programs for BDM channels.
Create engaging and effective training content for various programs
Contribute to leadership training initiatives, focusing on the development of leadership skills among team members.

What equips you for the role:
Bachelor\'s degree (Commerce/Science / Arts / Business Administration)
3 to 5 years\' experience in a progressive organization (Including a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales training role) with similar job responsibilities.
Knowledge on General Insurance and other lines of business.
Trainer experience for General Insurer with an insurer.
Sales techniques and motivation of BDMs will be preferable additional quality.
