Experience Required: 5+ years in switchgear sales & business development (GCC market)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with a strong technical background in LV/MV/HV switchgear systems to drive sales growth across the UAE and GCC markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, technical sales, and tender management, with deep connections to utilities, EPC contractors, and oil & gas firms. This role involves market expansion, client engagement, and competitive strategy to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market share in UAE/GCC.
- Target key clients (utilities, EPC contractors, oil & gas firms).
- Manage tenders, technical presentations, and client negotiations.
- Monitor competitor products and recommend pricing strategies.
Required Skills:
- Electrical Engineering degree (mandatory).
- Strong network with EPC contractors and utilities in GCC.
- Technical knowledge of switchgear specifications (IEC, ANSI standards).
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
