About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial

Sales & Business Development Manager

to take charge of an established perfume factory in Ajman. The ideal candidate will operate as a

Managing Director-style leader

, capable of organizing and running the business on behalf of the investor, driving sales, and making the business profitable.

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious professional who wants to grow both personally and professionally, taking ownership of sales, business development, and overall operations of a perfume manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the daily operations of the perfume factory. Develop and execute sales strategies to expand customer base and boost revenue. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across UAE and international markets. Oversee production planning and align output with sales targets. Manage budgets, financial planning, and profitability of the factory. Represent the company in business meetings, exhibitions, and trade events. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards. Report regularly to the investor on performance, growth, and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

Proven experience in

Sales, Business Development, or General Management

, preferably in

perfume, cosmetics, FMCG, or related industries

. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to run a business independently. Excellent knowledge of UAE and international perfume markets. Strong network of distributors, wholesalers, and retail connections (preferred). Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Based in or willing to relocate to
