Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive software sales growth in the Middle East and Africa regions. This is a strategic role that requires developing and executing regional sales strategies, building and managing relationships with key clients and partners, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the Middle East and Africa
- Identify, prioritize, and pursue new sales opportunities in key markets, including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Africa
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key influencers in target accounts
- Conduct high-level negotiations, presentations, and product demonstrations to close complex sales deals
- Manage and develop a pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, pre-sales, and delivery, to ensure aligned sales strategies and effective customer engagement
- Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform regional sales strategies and product development
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, with a focus on revenue growth and market share expansion
Regional Management Responsibilities:
- Provide regional market insights and recommendations to inform global sales strategies
- Develop and manage regional sales budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships and alliances to drive regional growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in the region
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the Middle East and Africa regions
- Strong knowledge of software products and services, including industry trends and competitor landscape
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute regional sales strategies
- Ability to work independently , with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
What We Offer:
- Fixed salary: AED 6,000 per month
- Incentives: Uncapped commission structure based on individual performance
