Job Overview:
A high-stakes role for a driven Business Development Manager tasked with achieving significant revenue targets by driving new client acquisition and strategic growth in the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to achieve an annual sales target of AED 10 million.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new enterprise-level clients for technology solutions and services.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead negotiations and close complex, high-value contracts.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to the product and leadership teams.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar/annual sales targets in the technology sector.
  • Strong existing network of contacts within the UAE/GCC enterprise technology landscape.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the sales cycle for tech solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
